Commissioner Rhoshunda Kelly recently participated in a panel discussion titled, "Lessons Learned from a Career in Banking," at the Women in Banking Conference in Atlanta, Georgia, sponsored by the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Banking executives and regulators covered a range of topics on economic and banking conditions, while also sharing insights from their respective roles and accomplishments through their banking careers. This event provided a platform for women leaders to exchange insights on various aspects of banking such as recruitment, retention, mentoring, and advancing talent in the banking industry. I’m so proud of my Mary Usategui! I couldn’t ask for a better co-founder and banking partner. She continues to make a positive impact and set a “can do” example for women in all industries, especially banking! #BankMiami
