I couldn’t agree more with Gayle that one aspect of a healthy team is the ability to have trust and confidence in those who are the subject matter experts (even if you don’t fully understand what they’re explaining). This is exactly what I’ve experienced at Knauf North America. It has been such a positive step forward in my career and something I didn’t realize would push me to grow and succeed so much.
