Everyone could benefit from a Cubbie! This product helps people with sensory regulation, which is great for those with any neurodiversity needs, but also for anyone who suffers with stress and anxiety. As a Sales Person I can definitely see how this product could benefit me, and as Mum with a neuro spicy child, I would love to have access to a Cubbie for him. It would definitely make school life more manageable. To find out more about Cubbie and how you can have one in your workplace or education setting contact Matthew Salisbury #cubbie #neurodiversity #stressrelief #sensoryregulation #school #
Amit, a student at St. Macartan's College gives us his opinion of Cubbie. Cubbie can calm down or alert students, depending on their sensory needs, as the programs are customised to every user.

As we recognize the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we must never forget the very tragic legacy of Canada's residential school and all of the children, families and generations forever changed by the system. ? Since 'The Apology' in 2008,?I've noticed a palpable change in non-indigenous Canadians and their overall understanding and acknowledgment of this legacy. I've also seen a significant change in the level of education around First Nations, Inuit and Métis history and culture for students and adults alike. And while we're still very much in the infancy on this reconciliatory journey, I think it's important to acknowledge that as a country we are in a different place now than we were 15 years ago. ? I know I certainly am. In 2012 I moved up to Igloolik, Nunavut for my first full-time position as a high school teacher. I fully admit I was pretty ignorant when it came to Indigenous history and culture, having learned very little when I myself was in school. And while there were several First Nations communities around the GTA where I grew up, I knew next to NOTHING about them. ? Being a part of an Inuit community was an incredibly formative and enlightening experience. I learned about Inuit history and culture, and how it was forever changed by colonization and residential schools. I heard and witnessed the amazing resilience of Inuit, while also seeing the effects of intergenerational trauma first-hand. ? Listening to elders traditional knowledge on climate change and the effects on their traditional sea ice hunting routes (far before this was common knowledge) forever changed the trajectory of my life, as I went from teaching to pursuing a career in sustainability, all while striving to learn more about First Nations, Inuit and Métis history. ? I am forever grateful to all of the stories and teachings that have been shared with me through my Inuit and First Nation friends and colleagues over the years. While I still often struggle to see 'if' or 'how' I am an ally, and what my place is in this whole process - every year I strive to learn more and do better when it comes to reconciliation, and how I/we can contribute to a more equitable and just future. #Truthandreconciliation #everychildmatters #ndtr https://lnkd.in/g2RKdfBB Qujannamik???

Since The United Methodist Church General Conference Worldwide Charlotte May 2024 and the separation of another part of the Methodist Churches of their own General Governance, The United Methodist Church has changed their education of universities and colleges of divinity education to the new school showcase and places for new school inclusions. A process where education is coordinated with The United Methodist Churches. Well done. All my life in the Christian Church. Peace to religions. https://lnkd.in/dxuN9mSa
