Exciting update from Spectra! We recently held a workshop focused on helping our GATI team develop their skills. Over two days, they learned about governance and the CLF model, gaining strategies to handle changes at work. Through fun group activities, they practiced teamwork and found better ways to do things. By the end, everyone felt more confident and ready to use what they learned in their jobs. At Spectra, we're all about empowering our team and helping them grow.
