Mr Shradha I appreciate your opinion in asking me to contribute to your write up about the issuance of debt by the World Bank Group.. After the issuance of loan to individual Country there should be a monitoring Committee that will see that the loan is use to execute the project for which the loan was borrowed for even it should be more than 80 percent of this.Again this where debt management comes Again if Elite Capturing is the major problems why these projects will not be implemented then World Bank Group should stop this Elite Capturing. Finally goalposts that allows improvement in activities and strategy that will be involved in the process of fund management should not be changed.

Vasanth Subramanian developing countries see this pandemic as an avenue to loot common wealth. More funds proposed for health sector will be diverted to individual pockets. It is sickening that the common man bears the blunt of such mischief.

In the framework of global economic recovery, real action is needed.

Very thoughtful and impactful actions proposed here! I hope the developing countries while gaining respite financially from these actions as they bear fruits, spend some serious efforts in improving own infrastructure and governance, thereby providing key catalysts to make their economies resilient. Poverty hunger and serious inequality are serious problems that can send the world into a tailspin again!
