What is the usual pattern your guests follow when they arrive at your hotel? It probably goes something like this: check in, go to room, unpack, nap, then head downstairs to check out the bar and restaurant. ?????? Are the images on your website and social media reflecting the experience they’re going to have? That means as well as the usual room photography you need to add details - so called hero images to show them what each stage of that pattern looks like. ???? Things like soft or firm pillows, rainfall showers, complimentary items, set dinner tables and a well stocked bar. ???????? Lots of these features won't be visible in your wide room images so get in close to capture the details they'll love and let them live that journey online before they arrive! If you think that your spaces would benefit from professional photography, then let’s chat. Head over to my LinkedIn profile and book a call. I’d love to hear about your business. ?? Great points, it's not as simple as taking a few snaps and it looking great - it needs attention to detail.
That's a good selection of bourbons - right up my street!
And a well-stocked bar! Like this one! ??
Always coinsider the customer journey!?
Great content & questions to pose to businesses abt what & how professional photographs are able to do.
That is exactly me ahah ??
Pamper them without being condescending and do not overwhelm them with over the top enthusiasm. Read your customers. That is a valuable skill set ??
Forget the nap!
Absolutely. There is so much more to a hotel experience than how fluffy the pillows are (or aren't).
