After a decade of dedicated leadership, Ann Bailey will retire as President of DARTS in July 2025. Ann’s journey with DARTS began when she was caregiving for her dad, forging a deep connection to our mission. She first joined as client, then served on our board before stepping into the role of President in 2015. Under Ann’s leadership, DARTS has expanded its services across Dakota County, southern Ramsey County, and southern Washington County, improving the lives of countless older adults. DARTS’ impact has been recognized with multiple area chamber of commerce awards, including Business of the Year, Nonprofit of the Year, and Champion of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.
