What they do want is to: ? Solve problems causing friction in their day-to-day ? Achieve their goals faster and with less effort ? Spend more time on high-value activities, not on wrestling with a platform Your product might be the best in the market, but if it doesn’t seamlessly align with your buyer’s needs and workflow, it’s just another tool they have to learn and manage. Early Stage #Founders - A great way to get more out of a conference, meeting, dinner, etc is to have a plan for what you want to get out of it. If you're thinking this sounds really basic, I agree. And yet I often hear founders tell me that they're going to this or that event, customer meeting or going to launch this or that feature, etc without any sort of plan or way to measure its success. I encourage intentional planning with my teams and customers using simple methods and structures. It doesn't need to be fancy or complicated. #gtm #sales #product
