Yet every HubSpot user uses a different set of tools every day. Hence now, we can make the navigation personalized for every user. The new ???????????????????? ?????????????????? enable you to bookmark your most used tools. With this upgrade you can: ?? Streamline your access to frequently used apps that you use daily ?? Improve your workflow efficiency and adjust favorites based on what's relevant to your current role ?? Bookmark items that align with your preferences You can add up to 5 ?????????????????? by clicking the bookmark icon next to any secondary menu item. [Live] Embedded Marketplace in Workflows ?? What is it? Starting today,?workflow compatible apps?are meeting users directly in HubSpot. In Workflows, a new side panel allows you to scroll, search, and sort apps without the hassle of context switching away from your work. Why does it matter? Previously, to set up a workflow that included information and tasks from other tools, users were redirected to the?HubSpot App Marketplace?to browse and install workflow compatible apps. Now, with apps accessible right inside HubSpot Workflows, teams can save time and boost productivity more than ever before. This is one of many forthcoming surfaces where users can browse and install apps relevant to their work in HubSpot, so everything is right at their fingertips. How does it work? Workflow compatible apps are available in HubSpot Workflows. Discover and install as follows: Click "Install App," and a catalog will appear in the new side panel. Search, sort, and scroll available apps. Select an app, and view details in a new modal, instead of being redirected to the App Marketplace. Follow install flow prompts to successfully install your app of choice. You can now clean "code" out of text properties directly in a HubSpot workflow! ?? Shortcut: just write Opsie into the search bar in your workflow builder, and you'll find the app right away.
