It’s vitally important to make sure that you listen to your customers and you are proactive in solving any of their issues. Property maintenance and care is vital and it is the best form of practice to make sure that your tenants owe your customers are happy and safe. If you have a management company doing this on your behalf, please do remember it is your responsibility as a landlord to ensure that the management company are doing everything in the right manner. Too many people give it to a management company and then try and forget about the PROPERTIES that is a mistake as you are still responsible for any major problems that happen whether you are managing the PROPERTIES yourself or have accompany doing it on your behalf.
