With roots in Northern Michigan’s family diner, Jason’s culinary journey has been a lifetime in the making. From his early days learning from his grandmother to his time in culinary school and years of experience in Southwest Florida’s hospitality scene, Jason brings a blend of passion, skill, and dedication to our kitchens. Outside of work, he’s all about family, sports, and sharing his love of cooking with friends—a true reflection of the sense of community we cherish! ?? Congratulations to Luis Mendez, our new Executive Sous Chef! Luis’s journey from the U.S. Army to the culinary world is nothing short of inspiring. Originally from Puerto Rico, Luis honed his craft through top-notch experiences with renowned chefs and prestigious venues. From Bern’s Steak House to The Westin and Luminary Hotel, and most recently, Rosy Tomorrows, Luis brings a relentless drive and creativity to our team.
