You know, beautiful office space. Why? To encourage the employee base to be in office for as much time as they can handle, right. And it was like, it wasn't a mandate. Like you're supposed to be here four days, five days a week. It was look at this great space. We want you to want to be here. So we're going to invest in it. That's right. And we even did things after hours like hanging, hanging out and watching movies and like you and I, you know, doing the the music thing in office. So it was even. Like an after hours type perk of like, look how cool this is, you know, and that was I remember, and I know we're going to get into this later, but I remember pre COVID, that was one of the attractors that you would lay on when you're hiring people or when you're going to interview for a new company. It was like they'd lay on like how great the office was and what kind of perks you had there. And that was a big recruiting perk, you know, all the way up to February, March 2020. And you know, that's, I would say it is.
