Right about now, people are ready to kind of get up and get going and they don't dodge the issues of that is both a mental healthcare and a dodgeball tournament. We all know that brain body connection. So we're encouraging physical outlet and then also who doesn't just love to throw a dodgeball? And then we also have a lot of mental health booths and information tables that will be there. So it's just a celebration of mental health, all assuming that we've had one team come every year and finally last year they won. So I'm hoping that they're going to come defend their. Title this year, I'm kind of excited this year we have a really big trophy. It's like 2 1/2 feet tall. So we're hoping it's a, it's a traveling trophy. So that ought to be a fun part of it. You can put it up and display on your office, you know, say, hey, we won dodgeball teams. There's six people on the court at once, but you can have teams of up to 8 people. It is a benefit for us, you know, it's a fundraiser and really the teams are the things that drive our, our benefits for the event. And then also we have sponsors I want to mention. Comma behavioral health and then adult probation through the courthouse or both our gold sponsors for the event. It's just so joyful. I know that sounds so weird, but it's just, it's not like watching a baseball game or a basketball game. It's very different. You know, the the action can be fast and then there can be some pauses like there's strategy with how many people you have on the court at the time and who you get in who you get out. Really, if you want a primer and you like silly slapstick type comedy, watch dodgeball first. It will really get you in the mood to come. This is just a really fun event and just to help spread awareness and, you know, if you have any questions about a mental health condition, MHA has a treasure trove of information. The latest toolkit that we'll be highlighting at the event is called Where to Start. And so there's lots of information on how to start those conversations, how to look into more information for you or a loved one, if something comes to be more critical, how you can find those resources for you or a loved one, and then just the basics. What can we do on a, on a daily, weekly basis to really maintain our mental health on a good level? It's just a ball. I mean, just come have a ball. It's just and, and, and the, the big thing that I forgot to mention is we are at the brand new YMCA of Putnam County. They are letting us use the facility. I cannot tell you how excited we are for that. Come out and support mental health. You can look at information, information, booze if you want a team show up by 1:00. Team played starts at 1:30.
