As some of us head into work and others of us enjoy a day off in recognition of Presidents’ Day, we thought we would share a little inspiration from a favorite book. Essentially, the goal in life is to be happy. It’s not to make money, become the CEO of a business, be fit, travel the world…. those are all outcomes and parts of the goal to be happy. That’s really it at the end of the day. We just want to be happy. So this page is a reminder to make the choices that are in alignment for you to be happy. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - If it does not lead to more peace in your life- it is not in alignment. If it does not lead to a deeper place within yourself- it is not in alignment. If it requires you to sacrifice your values and gives you an unsettled feeling in your stomach- it is not in alignment. If it requires you to be dishonest with anyone, even yourself, for a prolonged and complex period of time- it is not in alignment.
