As some of you may know, I recently started working at Brady United Against Gun Violence as their youth organizing manager. As someone who knows the job search all too well, I am incredibly grateful to have found a place like Brady to call my work home. I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to those at Cultivate and in particular Robert Jay Ross, who was an incredible help with this process. I found the job on Cultivate's All Hands Slack, and met with Robert and his coworkers on how to ace an interview, beef up my resume, and get to know the landscape of employers. I actually had my first interview with Brady right after an interview prep session with Robert, and I feel lucky to say that my first interview this job hunting season was the place that hired me.
