Had a great time yesterday delivering a session at our Repairs Leadership team meeting! ? It was a follow up from our last meeting where they shared what additional support they needed from the People team. My presentation was around - this is what you said, and this is what we're going to do to support you! I also gave the team a scenario to talk through based on a situation they might face as people managers. It was a great opportunity for everyone to share their knowledge and ideas on how to approach and resolve people issues. Getting feedback from our stakeholders is key to making sure we can continuously improve and provide the best service to our internal customers. Always learning, always evolving!??
