June marks a significant milestone for us. This month marks our anniversary and we’re celebrating four years of partnering with business leaders, entrepreneurs, and creatives to develop and evolve their storytelling and marketing strategies through the lens of impact and inclusion. Their challenges have been our lessons and their successes, our victories. Together, we've created work that goes beyond the surface, and plants the seeds for much-needed change. ?? 4 key insights we’ve gathered along the way to celebrate four years of learning and growing: 1??Get to truly, really know yourself, your brand, and your audience. It’s imperative to create impact. 2??Never Stop Learning. We refer to impact work as a journey for a reason. 3??Sustainable Is Best - Dream big but be realistic. Impact strategies should be integrated into your brand’s long-term vision. 4??Work Proactively. Impact work is best done proactively, not reactively. ??And as we look to our fifth year: Impact Work is Worth the Investment: In 2024, we've observed that many brands are trying to quantify the value of impact work through sales and numerical results. As we step into 2025, and processing our amazing FB Annual Awards Gala, I’ve been reflecting on Forsyth Barnes’ journey . Over the past 9 years, we’ve experienced YoY growth, which is something I’m incredibly proud of. But what stands out to me the most isn’t just the growth itself—it’s how we’ve achieved it during some of the toughest years for the global economy. In 2020, the world stood still during the pandemic, yet we continued to grow. In 2023 and 2024, we navigated through what was considered to be 2 years of market downturn. Yet, despite the immediate, geopolitical and economic?challenges, FB stayed true to its core principal: growth. Up as much as 47% on a global scale, in comparison to 2023. How did we do it? ??????????????: Staying focused on what we can control, rather than getting caught up in external noise. ???????? ????????: Rolling up our sleeves and doubling down on our goals, regardless of the climate. ?????????????? ???? ??????????????: Innovating and providing the best service and support to our customer base (I don't say clients as we have 2 sets of customers). These principles have been our anchor, helping us maintain momentum even in stormy conditions. To fellow business owners: as we move into 2025, the market may remain unpredictable, but there’s power in staying resilient. Focus on your team, your clients, and the things you can control and we'll come through well. Wishing you all a strong and purposeful start to the new year!

2025, a new era for The Foyer. We are celebrating The Foyer’s 3rd Anniversary. Looking back to when we launched in January, 2022 we are proud and grateful for everything we have achieved and everyone who has been by our side throughout this journey. Creating The Foyer has been the most transgressive act we both have ever done: for it has shaped our life story and the world around us in many ways. We created a company with no investment, we got involved as sisters and business partners with all the implications that it entails, we completely changed our career paths, we created a market niche, we explored and expanded our capabilities, we trusted our vision and sneaked into the other’s vision, making it clear that narrative, as we envision it, is a key piece to a company’s success. With the same level of consciousness and unconsciousness we have stayed fearless and together and that is how we wish to remain today and always. 2024 has been transformative: we’ve more than doubled our revenue, partnered with extraordinary clients whose work is shaping the world, entered huge projects with international impact and proven that modern business strategy requires narrative. 2025 marks the beginning of a whole new era for The Foyer: it will take new forms, expand in unexpected ways and grow hand in hand with new companions who are trusting our vision to walk this ever-evolving journey with us. Earlier this week we shared the pretty big news that Sean Thorne and Henry Nevue were stepping down from their roles at People Data Labs and Ben Eisenberg would be moving into the CEO role. First, I have to give deep gratitude to Sean and Henry for making any of this possible. People have a lot to say about founding a company, with very few having ever actually done it. Building something is an immense amount of responsibility and hard work. Even among founders, there is such a huge difference between 10 employees and 50+, and that first million in ARR and the first 10. Very very few make it to the point Sean and Henry have. I can appreciate how much work they put in, but I will never fully understand it because I am not a founder. What I can say is that I am genuinely thankful for the opportunity they’ve given to so many people. Their timing was incredibly thoughtful, PDL is coming off of a record breaking H1 and we are poised to back that up with a record breaking Q3/H2. We entered September above 70% of quota already and our third month is always the strongest. I am not a big fan of record breaking quarters accompanied by record breaking burn rates, so during all of this revenue growth we have remained profitable and focused on ensuring we retain control of our own future. In my consulting work I’ve helped a few companies make leadership changes and I’ve never seen such an overwhelmingly positive internal and external response to a new CEO. The positive energy in our all hands on Tuesday was palpable, and I’ve lost track of how many customers have reached out to say how excited they are about the news. One customer put it best, “if I had to pick one person to be the face of the data industry, it would be Ben, you guys are so lucky to have him.” And that’s how I’ve felt working with Ben for almost four years, incredibly lucky to have him here. You only meet a handful of “Ben Eisenbergs” across your career and there are two ways people usually respond. Those who are inspired by the intelligence and talent of a “Ben,” or those who are intimidated by it. On Tuesday I saw a zoom room full of people inspired by Ben’s talent, and I’m one of them. Thank you Sean and Henry, and congratulations to Ben, I can’t imagine a better person to lead PDL into its next era of growth. LFG. ??
