What's a beautiful, wonderful people? My name is Jan Jay and I am an intern here at Rosewood Family of Companies. Today I come before you to present 4 tips as an intern. Before your internship, make sure you prepare ahead of time. Make sure you know what your company does, why you're going to be going to that company, what your internship entailed, where am I going to stay? How am I going to get to my internship? Is there a McDonald's nearby? Just little things like that. Make sure that you know some of those things. During your internship, make sure that you first communicate and or ask question. This is what your internship is about is the learning experience. So make sure you take that opportunity. My next tip is just be yourself. This is just one way to get people to know the real you and to know whether a company is a true fit for you. 4th and finally, make sure that you take the time to reflect on this experience and you share your experience with other people.
