Can I kindly ask you why you created a system wherein people order things that are sold out by the time they get to the store to pick them up? This has happened to me three times in the last three weeks. Today it was a cake I purchased for an event. Sitting here in curbside like a fool for 30 minutes and no one even came out to tell me. Then when I finally went into the Point Loma store, they say sorry, we’re sold out. So why did you say it was ready and have me drive down here? Can you please fix this broken system? Geez, I love your brand, but this is a very anti-customer policy.
The caramel cheesecake ones are THE BEST! And the lemon raspberry was a close second for sure.
Go all in on bougie rice crispy treats. They're like crack, lighter than a cookie and you can do them with so many different cereals. We sold them as a campus business at BYU-I and did $9700 in revenue in one semester with just a bunch of students. You guys would crush this.
I didn't know where Crumbl stands in this guide before this cage-free Eggspose report came out. I'm glad I saw it in a seeking alpha article. Do you have anything to say about this?

We've been getting desserts here in Texas for the past couple of months. Started out with the cinnamon roll type one, then tres leches cake. They've iterated over a few different ones, even banana pudding. This week we get The Afterlife Cake (looks like it might taste like an oreo) & banana bread on top of 4 different cookie flavors.
