This is AWESOME!! Thanks Kyle for this post; it's definitely worth reposting. We have to start teaching our kids personal skills; how to shake hands; how to introduce themselves; yes, how to look someone in the eye without getting triggered or melting down. These kids are learning important life skills. The majority of todays young professionals won't shake hands; if they do, its the "dead fish" hand shake. There are important character metrics that men use to size up colleagues, and how people handle introductions is one of them.
