When was the last time you experienced awe? Awe is a powerful leadership and entrepreneurship tool. In my first session with clients we get clear on their vision - for their leadership and all the interconnected pie slices of life - including adventure. This is how important awe is to your ability to lead through all the chaos. It regulates your nervous system reducing stress and inflammation, quiets anxious swirl, broadens your mind opening you to new solutions, activates more creativity, reminds you you’re just one tiny yet important piece in this big puzzle of life, connects you to inner you, your inner voice, and others, empowers you to be more present (which empowers your ability to choose and decide more effectively). It reminds you that life is magical, earth is powerful (and we should honor her), and that a river just being a river carving away over millions of years can create something majestic. #persistence Imagine what more awe could do to create more rooted and authentic self-confidence?
