The average preference is now 3.5 days in the office in the UK, up from 2.3 last year, which is quite a jump ?? Companies are adapting too, opting for smaller but better quality spaces, and some are even setting specific in-office days for different teams ??? Personally, I've found a sweet spot with 3-4 days in the office I go in on Mondays and Fridays, and I've really enjoyed bookending my week this way.
