As L&D professionals, part of our job is to orchestrate experiences that bridge generational gaps and get employees feeling like teammates. If you're looking to shake things up, consider hosting a Spirit Week for your employees, and schedule a variety of events throughout the week. Here are some of our ideas to get you started.
