Right, I'm all sorted! Tomorrow is our first ever 'open' 1-3-5? workshop helping a range of businesses to learn and then implement our simple strategy execution framework. It's always a challenge when you do something for the first time. I thought we'd get maybe 10 -15 people registered. Wow we're up to 36 now so thankfully we have a large room!!! It's been great working with Craig Huntingdon and RTC North on this. Jill A. has put in a massive effort reaching out to companies and people who would benefit. All of the team Reclaro have worked hard as we're super passionate about supporting local companies where we are based in the wonderful North East. Some people couldn't make the date by having prior arrangements. There's 30 people on that list so I think we could do another in October to help people in the final push of 2024. If you fancy coming along to a fully funded open session let me know. I have to be honest, I am a little intense and it's going to be a full day of learning AND action, so come prepared and have a good sleep the night before ha ha. Ok, so it's now about making sure we have enough workbooks, coffee, pastries and cake for the break!! Here we go! #focus #strategy #execution #businessresults
