So it took me 3 realizations to come to the idea of ohh my gosh I need to put a paywall behind this. The first being I used to have a weekly live show with Pinterest and there was a lot of engagement and interest from the audience. I ignored it and the DM's. I have conversations with people who are interested in mentorship because they want to understand how do I transition from corporate to creator. I was doing those for free. That was the second realization that I ignored. The third realization actually happened on on LinkedIn, by the way, LinkedIn, I was just named a LinkedIn influencer on Forbes, which is kind of freaking really linked influence now, right? I didn't never expected that. Anyway, it actually came when Olivia left a comment on one of my posts that did really well what I was talking about the importance of media training for creators and there were execs in the comments, there were strategists, there were influencers and Olivia's like. Ohh, Jessica, let's chat. This sounds like a course. And I was like, OK, Ding Ding, Ding, this all makes sense. So we got on a call, we talk about we spoke about my strengths and my weaknesses. And so that's where the idea finally, it's like coming to life now and I'm like, OK, this makes sense. There's interest, there's an appetite.
