Trend Tuesdays: top 3 trends I'm excited about in 2024: - Digitization of Food Manufacturing and Distribution: The digitization trend is transforming how we produce and distribute food. With AI, machine learning, and automation, companies are boosting efficiency, improving processes, and gaining real-time insights. This shift enhances inventory management, compliance, and proactive supply chain monitoring (https://lnkd.in/ejrSZ_Cm). - Creator-Led Brands: No signs of slowing down....Influencers, athletes, and content creators are all stepping into the food and beverage space, leveraging their loyal followings to launch unique brands - bringing fresh and innovative products to the market. The power of personal branding and consumer trust continues to grow, forcing legacy companies to adapt/buy(https://lnkd.in/eF4ype2k) - Spotlight on Ingredients: Consumers are more ingredient-conscious than ever. Research shows that one in three people always check product ingredients, with protein being a top priority for 42% of consumers. Brands are now telling compelling stories and using visual cues on packaging to emphasize their star ingredients, making it easier for consumers to make informed choices (https://lnkd.in/ec8fsggz). #TrendTuesdays #IndustryTrends #FoodAndBeverage #Digitization #CreatorEconomy #Ingredients #Innovation

5 个月Great outlook Jose Manuel Perrone! There’s a valuable venn diagram worth illustrating here as well that feeds into GTM strategy. Given the importance of creators authenticly aligning with their audiences, which contain some of the highlighted 42% that care about ingredients/manufcaturing, the enhancements in manufacturing/distribution allow nascent brands/products to enter markets faster and more informed. I’m excited to see the Create With Cura team continue to be a part of the innovation leadership within the #creatoreconomy and beyond.
