Not all disasters are the same and neither are the ways that we treat the items affected by them the same either. So with fire damage worth dealing with, things like soot, ash, lingering odors, those are our biggest challenges when dealing with fire damage. So we have a specialized team that helps with those cleaning techniques and processes to remove that sit, to remove the ashes and also deodorizing process to help with the lingering smell and challenge that we deal with that to help restore these textiles. Electronics and furniture items with water damage, we have another challenge of dealing with the contamination, the moisture that could then lead to bigger problems such as mold and mildew smells. So it's very important that we act quickly on those items. We have to do different processes as far as getting it all dried first, getting all the moisture out of the items, whether it's using dehumidifiers or air drying, we have to spay. Pay special attention to that. If not, it can lead into other problems rather than just. The initial water that affected those items, although every disaster is different, our goal remains the same and that is to restore your personal property back to the previous condition before the disaster happened.
