What would you do with ~7% higher quality sleep? Congrats to our September leaders cohort on graduating from the Coya program! Over the last 12 weeks, you took on making both big and small changes in your lives that added up to a larger capacity to handle stress, more energy, and, as you can see below, better overall sleep. Yes, you moved the needle during this program...but more importantly, you now have the keys to control your health and wellness in the next phase of your journey. We're cheering for you and are pumped to have you as a part of the Coya community. Joshua Kline Eric Guthoff Nate Schnader Justin Stahl Hannah Gomez Anna Christina Loots ?? Thanks Coya! I plan to put up a personal post here soon -- my only wish is that I could take this again. Unlike the typical health care / "care for yourself" / "don't be so fat and sit at your desk all day you busy corp exec" things that are out there, I found myself more motivated than ever to change a NUMBER of things. And all those things are adding up. More soon, plan to post on my own soon with some comments and share with my community as well!
Congrats to this incredible group! Grateful to be a part of your journey and excited to see your continued progress! ??

2 个月Excited to see this cohort come through the Coya program. Curious, were there any standout increases in HRV for anyone in the group? It's always fun to see easy-to-implement changes having big impacts on one's readiness to take on stress. Cheers!
