10 Years Later, CIP Alumnus Tomasz Klimczyk Reflects on his Exchange Tomasz, originally from Poland, came on a CIP training program with Big Switch Networks back in 2013-2014. He was kind enough to share his journey from a fresh graduate looking for new opportunities to the owner of a start up that was inspired by his exchange experience! "The J-1 experience has been amazing for me. It has changed my life. I’m not sure where I would be if it weren’t for that program. I cannot recommend it enough for any ambitious people out there who want to experience U.S. culture and its ways of working. For me, it was like hitting the jackpot." Under Pressure - Supply Chain Challenge++ 2024 Mentoring teams to success is no easy feat, but SFS has done it not once, but twice! Nanyang Polytechnic's team in 2022 and Institute of Technical Education's team in 2023 both became champions in previous SCC++ competitions under SFS's mentorship. SFS's students are expected to perform deep research to come up with a problem statement while also mastering their presentation skills to sell their proposed solutions to the audience. It's a challenging journey, but SFS is there every step of the way. Now, the 2024 SCC++ theme is just around the corner and SFS is excited to participate once again. A big round of applause to the 5 mentor companies who volunteered to join this challenge, providing a great platform for participating students to experience the real deal. There's no better place than SCC++ 2024 to showcase their skills! Thanks to Singapore Logistics Association and Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) for organising this event. As in every challenge, we learnt from the students as well, it is two-way.
