It seems usual for safety engineers or chefs, however, do u actually practice these steps in ur own kitchen back home? Here’re keys takeaway for household safety practice; 1. Place piece of cloth (with color coding) underneath the chopping board to prevent slippery; 2. Another piece of cloth to clean equipment before cutting; 3. Practice correct cutting technique as recommended VDO shown; 4. Sharp knives are the safest. Tailgate safety meeting handouts need to die. They’re boring, repetitive, and generally irrelevant. How many times have you printed off the same few handouts for your supervisors, year after year?? Makes it that much easier for workers to ignore it, eventually leading to costly accidents, followed by increased workers comp rates, inspections, lawsuits??, etc.. I’m cooking up a more effective way to do safety meetings for farms, very excited to share it soon!
