Guidance from some of you became the compass steering me forward. 3. Challenges taught resilience, turning setbacks into stepping stones. 4. Failures revealed lessons that shaped wisdom. 5. Successes became the foundation of collective achievements, reminding me of what we can accomplish together. To my colleagues, customers, advisors, and everyone—whether at the forefront or behind the scenes—you have shaped this incredible journey, and for that, I am profoundly thankful.
