Here’s a simple yet powerful guided visualization technique to help you face and overcome it: ?? The Mountain of Confidence Visualization 1?? Find Your Space: Sit in a quiet, comfortable spot. Close your eyes and take three deep breaths. 2?? Imagine Your Mountain: Picture a mountain in front of you. Its peak symbolizes confidence and freedom, while the path up represents your journey to overcoming fear. 3?? Face Your Fear: Visualize your fear as a shadowy fog at the base of the mountain. It feels intimidating but manageable. 4?? Climb with Courage: With every step up the mountain, imagine the fog dissolving. When I started this 90-day manifestation challenge, my intention was to become mentally and physically stronger (living an intentional life). ?? For the past 43 days, I’ve seen how daily manifestation keeps my goals front and center. Studies show this practice can increase goal achievement by up to 30%, but for me, it’s about more than numbers. It’s about clarity and focus in my everyday life. ?? Initially, I thought #manifestation was just about energy or attracting things magically.
