The Positive OT & Case Management clinical team went back to basics today. We spent a day reviewing the case management process and our responsibilities within it. It allowed us all time to reflect on what we do well, and consider what we need to do better. Thank you all for your valuable input and for taking the time to engage in reflection & discussion about how we can ensure our clients achieve their goals, and ensure our little companies processes are robust and ensure compliance. No mean feat, and thanks to all of your combined expertise we continue to improve ????????
