CorePower Magnetics has been awarded funding by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) to develop next-generation, rare earth-free electric motors. This funding is part of a $5.5 million initiative under the DOE's "Critical Material Innovation, Efficiency, and Alternatives" program. Our project, "Commercialization of Power Dense Nanocomposite-Based Rare Earth Element-Free Axial Flux Electric Motors," aims to transform the electric motor industry by: ?? Developing high-performance motors without reliance on rare earth elements? ?? Utilizing nanocrystalline soft magnets and a unique motor topology? ?? Enhancing domestic production capabilities for critical components This initiative aligns with our commitment to sustainable innovation and strengthens the U.S. position in clean energy technologies. We're excited to contribute to the future of electric mobility and energy-efficient systems as we drive #magnetification forward.?
