Celebrating 5 years of growth with Vistage Worldwide, Inc.! Under Matt Doherty's leadership, Vistage has had a tremendous impact on my leadership, perspective and drive to be a better leader than I was yesterday. Thanks Matt and team for making Vistage my favorite day of the month! I encourage anyone truly serious about their leadership growth to check Vistage out- if you're local, reach out and I'll share more about our CLT group! #executivecoaching #leadershipdevelopment

That’s a powerful quote! It encapsulates the essence of leadership as a service to others rather than a focus on oneself. It’s a great reminder for leaders to approach every interaction with a mindset of empathy, support, and empowerment. “Leadership is not about me; it’s about them. Each day, before a team meeting or a one-on-one, remind yourself of this truth. Just as Alan Mulally led Ford through a transformative turnaround with a focus on team collaboration and clear communication, true leadership revolves around understanding, supporting, and elevating others. By keeping the focus on your team’s needs and growth, you set the stage for authentic connection and impactful leadership.”

The only good thing here is it lets me know exactly what connections to remove and vice versa.
A year ago, the House voted to give Speaker Mike Johnson the gavel. ? He’s a man of faith and fights for what’s best for America and our great state. ? Louisiana is deeply grateful for his leadership!

This is the spirit that created America. Let US never take our Freedoms for granted. Too many arguing and too much division in our Nation. Divide to Conquer. Perfection doesn’t exist this side of Heaven friends. Division destroys and then what? If the USA is destroyed, what happens then? Who will rule? The US is extremely jacked up currently. By accident or design? A Russian leader is quoted as saying they would conquer America without firing a shot. They would destroy US from within. A generation later, how many of our leaders have COMMUNIST VIEWS? Government is NOT what made America an Empire. It was imperfect people who had dreams that had the ability to chase them. Where else has any Nation allowed entrepreneurs to have that kind of freedom? We are at the CROSSROADS. BANNA Republics fix elections, kill competition, have Dictators and MASSIVE CORRUPTION! Which Party in America isn’t on someones payroll? MANY politicians have millions of dollars and several mansions from a GOVERNMENT SALARY?? All parties, including Commrade Bernie. There are some sincere good people trying to fix things, but the SWAMP is extremely powerful, deep and dark. #spiritualness In the late 1960’s we had a spiritual shift. A spiritual darkness covered America. JFK, RFK, MLK wanted to fight the deep state and the status quo. I’m not taking a stance, just stating facts. What happened to ALL 3 of them? What media can we truly trust? People argue ‘facts’ that some actor who was handed a script reads on air. How many actually dig deeper to seek truth? #Operationmockingbird AMERICANS- Pray for our Nation. Do not take any political figure words as gospel. Listen and go seek for yourself. Ask yourself a question- If you were with 3 of your friends and a few men walked up to you in a parking lot with a box cutter and said give me you car keys, would you do it? Every Jumbo Jet has a Pilot, CoPilot and Navigator, not to include Attendants. 19 allegedly Saudi Arabians did just that with box cutters- result Dick Cheney did not go to Saudi, instead he attacked Iraq’s oil fields that Sadamm refused to sell to a certain Texas Company with a certain person who was the CEO. These same 19 people- learned to fly weeks prior in Piper Airplanes. From that they graduated to flying JUMBO JETS doing in some cases from Reagan International, a 45* decent crossing the equivalent of 3 football fields 20’ off the ground!!! PHYSICS does not allow a 747 JUMBO JET to do that. We will not get into where all the plane wreckage went. Wing spans, engines, luggage etc.. Wings on large aircraft are made to move, so they do not break off. They can go through a Stone Building? Um Educate yourself America and question what you are told by ACTORS READING SCRIPTS. MAIN POINT-WHO HANDS THEM THE SCRIPTS??? GOD BLESS AMERICA ????. PEACE TO ALL MY VETERAN BROTHER AND SISTERS WHO STOOD ON A POST and GAVE SO MUCH TO SECURE EVERY AMERICANS FREEDOMS. WE MUST STAND TOGETHER OR DIVIDED WE FALL… soon!

What the Vol Navy Can Teach Us About Business Leadership and Community ?? The Vol Navy: More Than Just Game Day ?? Did you know that Tennessee's Vol Navy, a floating fleet of boats tailgating on the Tennessee River, is not just about college football? It’s a powerful lesson in community-building, leadership, and adaptability—all key elements of business success. Much like businesses, the Vol Navy thrives on: Innovation: What started as one man’s boat in 1962 has evolved into a fleet of hundreds, showing how simple ideas can grow when nurtured with passion and vision. Strong Leadership: Leadership isn’t about a title—it's about mobilizing people toward a shared goal, much like captains guiding their vessels to join the fleet. Community Engagement: Just as successful companies rally customers around a brand, the Vol Navy unites fans, turning a river into a sea of orange and white, creating unforgettable experiences. Whether you're steering a company or a boat, the Vol Navy reminds us that great leadership brings people together, fosters innovation, and builds lasting traditions. Tune in to Campus Chronicles: Beyond the Game this week to explore the full story of the Vol Navy and its impact on both Tennessee football and the broader business world. ???https://bit.ly/3YQAJ0n #Leadership #CommunityBuilding #BusinessLessons #VolNavy #CampusChronicles #TennesseeFootball #BusinessHistory
