I want you to LOVE behavioral health and being the piece of someone's journey of wellness. 4) Solution oriented. People on my team focus on solutions versus problems. This allows us to get to the next step versus staying stuck. 5) Honesty & Transparency. Own your mistakes. Own your growth areas. And learn from them.
