He created and ran Mellon Labs, a new business incubator that ran innovation challenges for Fortune 500 companies. He was the CEO of a Fintech before Fintech was thing. He now leads LFB Holdings, using behavioral design to help companies improve results. He is heavily involved with the entrepreneurial ecosystem in North Carolina and speaks, coaches, and writes on company culture, behavioral economics, payments, and future trends in society, work, and life. He sits on the boards of a number of for profit and non-profit firms and is an advisor to a wide portfolio of startups. His presentation will introduce 5 behavioral economic tools that founders and their companies can immediately use to improve their relationships with customers, clients, employees and investors. Each tool will be introduced and examples of how the tool has been used for maximum impact will be provided.
