Thanks to the skill and commitment of our dedicated team, this concrete restoration, stucco installation, waterproofing, and topping slab project has come to a close despite an addition of scope and local permitting and weather delays. It was vital to get the affected 30,000 square feet of recreational space – typically used for hosting events, exercising, and relaxing by the pool – renovated and back into the hands of the property management team before the busy spring season brings visitors from all over the world to Miami Beach.
