From that we develop a 3D model that we use the scope from the owner to build a proposed model and renderings which we can then pull quantities off of for our estimates and also for our procurement to get our materials and our subcontractors released to the field to execute the construction project. That's the real streamlined path to completing a vision on a real estate asset to execution in the field.
