In the above verse two thing I cached. 1.discipline way of routin 2. yoga (regularly connect with God) So that I regularly wakeup early in the morning at 4.50AM start yoga,excersise, meditation , chanting hare krishna mahamnter. between 5AM to 7AM benifit. 1.feel healty 2.good sprit in the routin work 3. no stress throughout of the day 4. no self ego their are various verse in the Bhgwat gita, one verse can change your life but faith is must ,definatly get good result. faith is very important in spritual,if you not have faith, god is very far from you even situated in every person body. unless material energy is very powerful,its cluch like a spider web. no way out from it. one feel riverse thing like lust, anger, fascinating, greed,self ego,no good eating habit,no good routine. final result presious human body in the vein. Daily A Noble Thought - Oct 27 Enlightened Consciousness Once we know ‘Soul’, we can understand that the God is operating in and out if it. Kundalini Yoga is a training for the same. Life force is within us; to make us feel the life force - the soul by applying pressure, the saints (Siddhars) named it as enlightened explanation (?????? ??????????). That enlightening has now become as Lamp Stand (?????? ???????). The literal meaning is to explain/enlighten by poking. There are five faces in the Lamp to symbolise five sensory organs and five basic elements which may make easily understand the concept. Poke also means applying pressure. Meditation technique is to enlighten that there is life force within you, by applying pressure; Within the same life force, the God exists as consciousness. - Vethathiri Maharishi

Meditation on the immortal Self will act like a dynamite and blow up all thoughts and memories in the subconscious mind. If thoughts trouble you very much, do not suppress them by force. Be a silent witness, as in a cinema show. They will gradually subside. Then root them out through regular medi-tation. The practice of meditation must be constant. Then only can one attain Self-realization surely and quickly. He who practices meditation by fits and for a few minutes daily will not be able to achieve any tangible results in Yoga. - Swami Sivananda.

Yoga is primarily a science of meditation: concentration on God and absorption of one’s consciousness in Him. But as a natural prerequisite to the ability to meditate uninterruptedly on God, yoga also inculcates discipline and proper direction to spiritualize every aspect of human nature and daily life. For example, yoga enables one to solve all problems by soul guidance, the wisdom born of Self-realization. So long as problems occupy the mind, there is little opportunity for mental and spiritual freedom, for these cannot coexist with mental turmoil . The mind should be cleared of confusing moods, worries, and fears so that in the sky of mental calmness the liberated bird of paradise, the soul, can soar and spread its wings over one’s whole existence. By gradually easing the perplexities and difficulties that burden one’s life from within and without, yoga paves the way to freedom.
