Come and join us in the "Moving Meditation Session with Taline" next Tuesday from 6 pm to 7pm This new class is designed for everybody from beginners to advanced. It combines many tools to regulate your nervous system, the main connection between your mind and body. How do we find silence, stillness, and space in our chaotic times? Only through connecting with ourselves. Only through finding awareness. Only through grounding. This is what you will find in this class: - Tai Chi - one of the oldest Chinese martial arts forms focused on slow movements and internal organs regulation - Yoga - an old Indian discipline bringing harmony between mind and body through gentle poses - Breathwork - breathing techniques that intentionally channel and focus on the breath. We come into this world with one breath, we depart from this world in one breath. Breath is the most essential aspect of regulating our emotions. - Somatic poses - Soma means the body.
