Understand your audience: Know their needs and values. Craft clear messages: Keep your brand message simple and resonant. Align with your values: Make sure your brand’s values shine through. When you finally know what to do, focus on resonance. Create meaningful content: Share only impactful insights. Engage thoughtfully: Connect with your audience genuinely. Let's play a game After walking for 30', I reached my gate - finally. During that 'journey', this ad caught my attention. I recalled my Brand Strategy course - how important it is to know your audience and their habits: - How do they feel when travelling? - What do they usually do and think when they are about to fly? - And, how do you want them to feel? After all - if lucky - we have a few seconds to catch the audience's attention. Of course a good campaign doesn't guarantee a direct sale, but it makes your brand stand out and that is a step closer to a sale. So what's the game?
