??? This is what I do monthly to bring me closer to my dreams and goals. At the start of a new month I: ? review my 3 goals for the last month ? reflect on my commitment to them and progress made ? reflect on wins and growth over the month- what i learned and how i plan to apply those lessons ? set 3 new goals for the coming month My monthly goals ladder up to my larger goals in the areas of health, business, relationships and spirituality. Not only does this practice allow me to track progress, it forces me to be really intentional about where my attention goes. Because as James Redfield wrote, where attention goes, energy flows! I teach my exact process within my group program for women, Be All You Are. (DM me if you'd like to learn more!) Here is some of my Feb recap: 1. A beautiful family trip to Miami 2. Taking in and talking about art with my girl 3. Squeezing in more time with my ?? by working together here and there 4. Celebrating birthdays over brunch 5. An incredible vision board + breathwork session with Nina Taylor and Sarah Jane Evans 6. Learning to make tiramisu on ?? day @eatalytoronto 7. Reflecting on the mission behind my work 8. Finally closed down the retail side of my business- chapter closed, space for new to come in! 9. Speaking about courage @gather.society 10. Miami again! Because it was that good. In March my goals are related to sleep, increasing visibility about the work I do and preparing for my next workshop series next month. STOP thinking of businesses similar to yours as competitors — and START thinking of them as collaborators! ??? ? Progress can only be made through collaboration.
