Health care, what other industry, I think, you know, start starting with authenticity, you know, really start by self exploration and understand what drives you. And you know, you know, take that car that's rolling and eventually you and God are going to find you're going to park in the spot where you are going to go to a spot where it's, it's meaningful for you. And you, you feel that connection to what you're doing. And whether it's whether it's healthcare or whether it's, you know, some commercial products where you'd like to have a good impact on the world or whatever you're doing, whatever, whatever lights your light. Your internal light, be authentic about that. Don't be afraid to talk about it with people. Be be vulnerable in the way you talk about it. Because I, I, you know, I'm honestly, when I have leadership meetings, I'm a goofball sometimes I share, I share stories, I share analogies. I shared dumb jokes, I talked about our mistakes that I, that I made. And so I think getting to the point where people just trust you, what you say and I know you're not, you're not towing the company line or trying to talk them into something, you know. Yourself so I think authenticity is is probably the probably the number one thing and then secondly, empowering, empowering your team. So your next line of leaders, they should all have a path and and and making sure they understand meaningfulness but also feeling accountable is somewhat shepherds of their of their teams to make sure that everyone is getting the full.
