Employer’s Choice: More than a slogan In the month of October … Approximately 400 employers on campus throughout the month giving feedback on the curriculum for almost 40 technical programs. Twenty-some employers presenting to students during Employer Lunch & Learns. And closing out the month with close to 40 employers for the Commercial Turf and Grounds career fair. That doesn’t even account for employer tours and classroom presentations that I am not even aware of that are happening on campus. Did I mention the annual career expo registration opens the end of this month? 400 employers participated last year and there is a list of over a 100 new employers eager to participate in the 2025 Career Expo on February 11 & 12. It’s not just a slogan. State Technical College of Missouri is the Employers Choice. And you can be a part of this experience … bring your son, your daughter, your nephew, your niece, your grandson, your granddaughter, etc to our Open House on Saturday October 5.
