When I think about what is in my control, I am so proud of these accomplishments from my first year as Ember Health's Senior Director of People and Talent: ?? ?? Team Growth: Grew the full-time team by about 30% and per diem team by 35% —fully staffing our clinics with an expanded coverage pool to ensure our staff can take well deserved PTO while maintaining the gold standard of patient care. ? Stronger Hiring & Onboarding: Made hiring and onboarding more rigorous and equitable with consistent, competency-based assessments, real-life scenarios, and a rubric for success as a new clinician. ?? Leadership Expansion: Welcomed our first Senior Director of Operations (Adam Fry) and a Senior Director of Growth & Partnerships (stay tuned for more!) to join myself and our co-founders Tiffany Franke and Nicolas Grundmann in leading Ember to new heights. ??
