Jim Barnhart, Kari Welch, and Rick Woodruff are nominees in the State Leadership category, recognizing the public sector principal helping government implement new technologies, strategies and IT programs. Additionally, the KyFromAbove program has been nominated for State IT Innovation of the Year, recognizing cutting-edge state IT approach to cross-agency or intra-agency technology that embraces innovation.
