I’m really pleased and excited to be presenting at the National Centre for Family Hubs conference on 16th October.?I’ll be focusing on my current work supporting the London Family Hubs Community of Practice to develop and pilot a common approach to capturing their unique contribution to outcomes for babies, children, young people and families.?We’ll be sharing our learning and more details as the work continues and I’ll be feeding into the next phase of the wider movement towards common outcomes led by the Common Outcomes for Children and Young People Collaborative, hosted by Dartington Service Design Lab.
