I've recently discovered the world of sumo wrestling, and the latest tournament has sparked my curiosity.?? I've learned some interesting things—like the fact that there are no weight classes in sumo. That got me thinking: does a wrestler's weight influence their success? ?? And what about the sumo stables (heyas)? Do some stables consistently produce more winners? With these questions in mind, I found a sumo wrestling API and decided to dig into the data. As a Nuggets fan and an observer of organisational culture, I have loved the excellent team culture that last year's NBA champions, the Denver Nuggets have exhibited. And it starts with their selfless leader, now 3x league MVP, Nikola Jokic. The consistency Nikola has demonstrated in his NBA career has been incredible. Nikola's focus on finding the best basketball play in each possession leads to high assist numbers, shooting efficiency, and an advantage for his team. His teammates are inspired to bring the same selfless traits and basketball IQ to their own play. So how is that relevant in a work context? Listening to the coaches and players of sports teams, you can learn about: ?? The importance of habits and consistency ?? We over me ? Of connectedness and knowing how everyone contributes ?? The value of applying intelligence Right now, the Nuggets face extreme adversity in this year's playoffs. I am excited to see how they respond to being tested and even if they fail, how they use that. ?? Who do you have winning the championship this year? What traits relatable to the workplace might they possess that will get them over the hump? ?? ??

As someone who has never played baseball, the thought of having to identify a pitch as quickly as MLB batters do scares me. Today's figure shows the release point, pitch type, and outcome (ball, strike, in play) for all MLB pitches on 5.7.24.
