The key ring belongs to my son, it makes me laugh every time I see it….. To all the salespeople out there…. Chapeau ?? respect. For 25 years I was the engineer, the technical guy who would be called in to assist, solve the problem or help close the deal. I had little understanding of the amount of effort that goes into finding the customer, building the relationship with the customer and maintaining the relationship. Phone calls out of hours, meals, quotes, visits at difficult times, hours of driving and the sacrifice on family time and personal time. After 4 years of doing the job I have found a new respect for you all. Sometimes your up, sometimes your down…. Without you, there is no business, respect. It’s graft, grit and you need to be relentless, skillful and kind, listen and bite your lip at times. So chapeau ??. Have a great weekend.
