I was on the other side of all this. 4 years ago (yes, THAT year...), I ran an independent analyst program, first of its kind, at the Fortune 100 company I worked for. Two of the analysts on our bench at the time, Daniel Newman and Patrick Moorhead presented me with a bit of a radical idea.
